Outstanding jerk seasoning. Make sure you shake it up well. I put a teaspoon in the glaze for our Christmas ham and boy howdy did it make this years ham special.

Really delicious jerk seasoning. Authentic flavor and low in sodium compared with other seasonings which is very important for my family.

I don’t need the thing that it comes in. I wish they would just sell it in a plastic bag I end up putting it in a salt shaker and giving the container to somebody else. I don’t think it’s too hot, but I love the taste. I put it on everything I even make salad dressing with it. I think it’s a great buy.

Worked great on chicken, pepper, pineapple kabobs. Salt content was perfect, not too much and this would work well for any tropical recipe. Going to try pairing this with a peach msngo salsa next, pretty versatile seasoning. Add spice (cayenne, or jalapeno) if you like the heat.

This is so good not too salty a little goes a long way it complimented my wings very well. I would buy again.

This is not authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning, in my opinion. I lived on the Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for almost four years. A large proportion of guest workers were Jamaican, so there were a few authentic Jamaican food venues, the best of which was the Jerk Shack. Jerk pork and jerk chicken were his specialty. Not to mention red beans and rice (have the chef pour some jerk sauce over the rice and you have a spectacular meal)! So, this rub is a disappointment. -Muted flavors; -Very little taste of allspice and NOT even a hint of pimento wood smoke. -Not the LEAST BIT spicy— where is the scotch bonnet??? -No heat at all! Choose something better!

This seasoning is very good ,nice aroma an tastes great.
