Just as described! I did the smallest size just because my teeth are really tight. It isnt uncomfortable it comes in a great case to hold everything. After a few uses the wire snaps from being bent too much but it was expected.

I have been using these, along with flossing and brushing, every day for 6 years and I really like them. Even though I floss before I use these I still sometimes find food between my teeth with these. Clearly they are an effective addition to flossing and brushing. Usually I get about 2 weeks of once-a-day use out of each one. I am taking a star off because I have had the wire break off and get stuck between my molars. That was not fun because it was very hard to get it out. Of course that has only happened about 3 times in 6 years. Overall I’m confident I’ve saved money at the dentist because of these.
