Very good. The combination of rice and quinoa makes a good change from regular pasta.

Best GF pasta ever
Andean Dream pasta tastes and feels like durum pasta. Unlike most gluten-green pastas, it retains its integrity. It also tends to clump less than other GF pastas - just be sure to use plenty of water and stir a few times while cooking at a high boil. My only request: please make more shapes!

Best Tasting Gluten Free Noodles
These noodles are the best tasting gluten free noodles I've tried so far. They don't break apart and dissolve like other gluten free noodles. They hold their form well. They are soft and you can't even tell that they are gluten free.

Only a Box of Noodles
Disappointed that the noodles are loose in the box. Not sealed in a bag like the boxes available at the grocery store. I suppose it’s not a big problem if you don’t intend to put them in storage for a while.
