Reese Towpower 7022400 Black 2" Triple Ball Mount

This works beautifully in my mostly stock 2011 f150 4x4. The trailers I tow are tall enough where this straight hitch works perfect. Build quality is very good and there's nothing about it that would make me question it's capability or durability. If this style of hitch will work for your truck and trailer, I'd recommend this one. Great price for what it is. I tow 14k lbs frequently with this. The little trailers with the smaller balls wind up with quite the rake to them and benefit from a drop hitch. This thing is great to keep in the truck in a pinch.

It appears to be exactly what I paid for. I haven't used it yet, but this is the third time I've been asked to review it. Its not cracked or broken or anything. The welds look good.. It arrived on time. The price suited me. They've been selling these for a long time. I don't have any reason to think it wouldn't work. Ok, I reviewed it - stop nagging me.

Works great. No issues

Pro: The hitch is solid, incorporates the full range of towing capacities for most standard pickups and switching sizes is as easy as rotating.Con: The labeling that comes on this thing is a real pain. When you go to peel off the sticker, it tears and splits in tiny pieces, leaving you with a very messy mount. It took soaking in citrus adhesive dissolving solution and scraping with a putty knife for a while to get all that stuff off before installing on my truck. Reese should either use a hang tag with product info affixed to one of the balls or slipped inside the shank, or use a label that is designed to be removed cleanly.

Excellent quality and price. Unlike the chrome ball, this one appears to be bake enamel which won't rust. Haven't towed anything yet but hoping this coating will withstand the rigors of towing. Having the multiple ball size on one pintle is really convenient and practical. Again, appears to be a very good product at a very excellent price.

I needed a trailer hitch but it is not something I need often so I bought this. Reasonable price, three most common ball sizes and seems plenty sturdy. Paint comes off of ball during use but that was no surprise.

I have seen these for years and always wondered why folks bought them. Now that I have more than one trailer with different ball sikes I know why. It is so nice to have and not go searching for the right receiver. SO far the receiver has held up great for the two larger sizes which are the two I have used so far.

No issues with wrongly spaced or incorrectly drilled pin holes. It's just the right length as well for my after market hitch receiver (Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"). Looks good, works even better.
