Super Simple to use!
This "nail removal" tool is an absolute must when working with pallets. I have my small air compressor set at 70psi and haven't had any issues removing nails from pallets. It really is just a matter of slipping the barrel of the gun over the nail and pressing the trigger. Note that I have only used this TODAY so I'm not able to give a long term review. Comparing traditional hammer and/or pry bar to this gun, the gun takes the cake. I used a trash can to "shoot" my nails into with a cloth on the bottom so to limit the bounce of the nails when being ejected. This method worked very well in that none of the nails bounced out of the trash can.

WOW, what a great tool!
This thing really works. It shoots the nails out of the other side (I put the board over a large garbage can.) On thinker boards or tougher nails, it might not shoot out, but it will be almost completely out the other side so you can get it with pliers or a claw hammer. I do oil it, but it doesn't seem to like less than its max pressure (it might be the regulator I had on the line to step it down.) Other than that, it is a beast that save a ton of time and labor!

Worthwhile buy
I was a little skeptical of this product after watching a review on YouTube, but facing the upcoming job of removing board and baton wall covering to remodel the old converted garage in my house to a fourth bedroom and office, I figured it would have to be of some help. I was pleasantly surprised at the efactiveness of this tool. I figured I would have to finish pulling every nail with a hammer, but the nails are expelled from the 1x lumber with such force they tend to bounce out of the bucket I was attempting to catch them in. I'm have not however tested it on any 2x lumber. Two thumbs up! The value of the tool would be greatly increased if it came with an actual storage case. Overall this is a great purchase if you're into salvaging much lumber.

You'll wish you had one a long time ago
All I can say is I wish I had this tool a LONG time ago. I'm using it to remove nails from pallets and barn wood. You just put a little oil in it and get to work. I'm running it off an old craftsman pancake compressor and it works great. Put the nail inside the metal tube and pull the trigger. How much harder can it be? With some twisted nails you may have to hit them twice, but with most nails one shot is all you need. I got a cheaper plastic tote and cut a square hole in the top. I then lay my boards over it and shoot the nails into the tote to make collection easy. What would normally take me hours is now cut down to under 30 minutes. Great product in my opinion.

Good to reset framing nails
This punch has save us a lot of time to reset 16d nails through 2x and 4x framing materials. Especially to reset nails in subfloor, though you need to adjust your air pressure to compensate. Tool is light, seems durable, with good pressure seal and head size. Only used it for one job so far, but it will definitely be a go to tool whenever there's a need to access a fastener in a tight fit.

Just buy it..... You know you want to.
Nothing about it that I didn't like. Except that there is no protective case. Doing some demo on a small building and trying to save some lumber and siding. In the time.it would.have taken me to remove nails from one piece of siding before. I was able to.do 12 with the Air Locker 700. Use a 5 gallon bucket with lid and cut a hole in the lid. Place piece of lumber with nail over hole. Pull trigger.... Most nails will come flying out the other side. Very rusty nails may break apart and you will need to pull the heads out with a hammer or pliers.
