I was on a very strict diet for 6 weeks. This diet, per doctor's instructions, must then take a break for 4-6 weeks and then you re-start if you wish to continue weight loss. I did two rounds of this diet. During first round, I lost 25#s. While on the "break", I regained 5#s! Fearing the same would happen after completing restricted diet - gain back my weight loss - I did some research on "how to maintain weight after resuming a normal, reasonable diet. I came across Leptin and learned that this meant the brain would receive a message saying, in my own words, "Brain, stop, you were not starving". Per Leptin's research explanation, "Leptin is a hormone that tells the brain when enough fat is stored, preventing overeating and aiding in healthy calorie burning. Leptin resistance can cause the brain to miss this signal, which may contribute to obesity." I have been on Leptin for two months after strict diet and have not felt hungry, I don't feel I have to make up for lost eating regimen, no binging, etc. My brain's messages are no longer about food! I concentrate on chores, exercise goals, etc. Very happy with product. Remember, it is not for weight loss but for your brain to know you were never starving and body does not have to binge! This product helps with midnight munchies!

I am a 42 yr old woman, and needed a little help curbing my cravings. Before I write more, please remember every person and their body chemistry is different, so I understand the dueling reviews… I tend to be the type that doesn’t think the negative reviews will affect me the way they do others. Having said that, I can say it did suppress my appetite. I had no desire to eat anything. Unfortunately it also suppressed my energy and mood, and caused unbelievable fatigue. Since I hadn’t experienced this before taking these supplements and it all went away within 2 days of stopping it, I’m convinced this was the cause. Pay attention to your body and mind- as I said everyone is different …. I am not not a sad or “negative” person, but with this I cried and worried and was so despondent for extremely minor and normal situations that my family was genuinely concerned.

There's no way for me to know if this product is helping with thyroid health. And I have not lost weight, but I'm not taking for weight loss, only thyroid health. I can tell you, though, that I have a great level of energy throughout the day that doesn't leave me with a crash. It is easy to take with water and has a very floral and pleasant taste.

I am 72 will be soon be 73 and I’ve had a few health issues so I’m trying to get myself into a better shape to live longer so you have to be careful how you take this have to take it out before you eat. There’s instructions on the bottle, but if you take it as the bottle instruct you to it’s a very good product and I have it taken it long enough to know if it’s gonna really do anything for me, but I’m very hopeful

It does sort of curb hunger but made me extremely tired and loopy, I don't recommend taking if you have mental health problems, I have derealization and it got really bad after taking these only once a day for 3 days, I know everyone is different but I'd recommend going to a doctor to see if they'll work for you
