I had used this regularly for over a year now. I saw some comments say they felt more stressed and anxious taking it and that is very possible with ashwaganda. My husband has the same reaction. However I do not and I find it levels me out and helps me deal with stress dramatically. I take it everyday whether I am pmsing or not it is as important to me as a multivitamin I never skip this one and if I do I feel it.

I cant live without these. Keeps me normal

This was designed for a woman, but it actually helps with depression and anger management for anybody. Obviously talk to your doctor first. If given the "green light", try it out. I feel much better and more "at ease" after taking these (and they don't irritate the stomach like St. John's Wort did).

I originally started taking these supplements in hopes that it would help with clearing up hormonal acne, but it has done so much more than that. I’ve been taking just one before I go to bed every night for the last month. I used to feel like I lived in a constant state of fight or flight, I was always very anxious and felt very on edge. Since the day I started taking these, those feelings have vanished. I feel at peace again. I could not recommend these more!

It is almost a month I have been taking this ORA product and my skin has improved a lot!! My acne has been reduced and it did helped me in reducing my stress. I also sleep much better because I usually used to wake up in the middle of the night and it took me a while to get back to my sleep, now I don't get up in the middle of my dreams. I will definitely buy a second bottle of this product!

Doesn’t work. I’ve tried this for 6 months and doesn’t help.

So I've only been taking these a short while. Maybe 2 weeks. I take one a day.. but I also take other ora products. I have recently been having lots of strange symptoms and even went to the doctor. Im currently waiting to see if I have endometriosis. Some of my symptoms were night sweats, pain in pelvis, lack of sex drive, acne, and always TIRED.. well.. so far I've noticed clearer skin (could have been the beayoutiful or the good skin day from ora as well) and holy moly I've been horny as hell! Sorry if TMI.. but I'm so glad because I was looking for something to help with my hormones without taking actual hormones. I think this is doing thr trick. I'm eager to see if this lasts or if I see changes in any of my other symptoms.

I am beyond happy I tried this supplement. It’s been life changing for me. I’m 32 and in the last 2 or so years I’ve been experiencing mood changes, acne around my eyebrows and upper lip, hair lost, and the worst was constant mild-high anxiety that intensified around my period. My Dr kept wanting me to get on anxiety medication and wouldn’t listen when I expressed concerns around my hormones. Day one, after only 1 pill, I immediately felt different physically. My foggy worrisome brain was so clear and relaxed. I haven’t felt anxious in almost a month. I didn’t have a bad acne breakout during my 1st period while on this. I feel with time I will notice changes to my hair as well. I definitely recommend trying this supplement.

I had tried these before and they really worked so I thought I would purchase some more. Again, within a couple of days the results were visible, higher energy levels and my skin started to become blemish free.

This product is so good for balancing your hormones and helping to clear your skin! I definitely recommend 😊

Since using these my skin and complexion has improved so much! I’m not usually good at taking tablets but these were easier to take due to their rounder capsule shape. I feel so much better since taking these and feel like my post baby hormones are getting back to normal!

Got these for my daughter. She did not like the taste at all, but found them easy enough to swallow. She liked the healthy ingredients, and loved the idea of these. But after one month,no visible difference,and sleep has definitely not improved. No immediate impact at all. So.....maybe they need longer to work? But it then becomes a gamble...and quite an expensive one!
