Excellent value and quality
Extremely satisfied with this television, amazingly clear picture, I had read reviews before stating that it was not as good as expected and was difficult to set up, I must say I am a pensioner and a bit of a novice when it comes to technology but I found it to be the opposite, so easy to set up if you can follow instructions and a wonderful picture. The smart features are easy to use and all in all I am very pleased with it. One thing to be aware of is the positioning of the stands, you will need a fairly long stand for it. I bought the magic remote separately as you need it to access all of the features, Alexa etc. The remote supplied with it will not do all of it and was slightly disappointing as I thought that the television should come with the appropriate one. Having said that I am certainly very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend it.

Can't go wrong with LG!
We had Toshiba everywhere in the flat before investing in my first ever OLED LG CX for the living room few months ago. I was so pleased with the quality of the TV and the brand that I decided to replace our Toshiba in the bedroom that fell and broke after I moved the furniture it was on. My girlfriend thinks I did it on purpose so we could get an LG for the bedroom too. Pros: - Great picture quality - Supports 4K and HDR content - Fast Quad Core processor - Sound is very good - so much that I got rid of the speakers I was using on the Toshiba - Great interface, same as premium TV models (although I can't comment on the apps as I'm using Nvidia Shield TV Pro which already has all UK apps except All4) Cons: - Doesn't support Dolby Vision - Remote is pretty bad and not very responsive but don't mind too much as I'm using the Shield TV remote most the time Very pleased with this TV and recommend it to others.

Highly recommend but poor remote
Very good TV. Picture quality is amazing. Haven’t had a single issue with it and it’s smart features are very handy with a Netflix and amazon prime button for quick access. The TV sound quality is very good, however I have mine set up to a Sony HT-R3 soundbar which it works very well with, controlling the volume with the tv remote and power automatically comes on and off which is very handy and means you only need one remote. My dad paid £13000 for a 55” ‘better’ version of this TV and for the money I feel this one is much better! One bad point.... the remote is rubbish and poorly built. Sometimes have to press the buttons a few times. You can upgrade to a ‘ magic remote’ which are better but they’re at least £50

Great TV, but beware the lack of catch-up services other than BBC iPlayer.
Have had the TV for a month as an upgrade from an old Sony HD TV without smart functions. The quality of the build is good and the unit looks good. The picture quality is good (seeing 4k for the first time takes some getting used to), but can be a little dark in some circumstances despite the range of picture options available. The smart functions are pretty good, but would have benefited from the following: - Additional satellite input enabling the recording of one channel whilst watching another (a function my Humax foxsat HDR box has) - Lack of catch-up TV services. Whilst the system supports BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon prime etc, it doesn't have (nor can you install) ITV Hub, All 4, Demand 5, etc. Which are all available on earlier LG smart TVs. Although I can plug in a Chromecast to get these apps.... It defeats the object of having a Smart TV. My favourite features are: - 4K - just wow!! - Magic Remote (not included with the TV, but worth the extra £25) and excellent Android app (free) to replace the bog standard remote. - Google assistant and Alexa both available with integration to other Google and Amazon services. With voice control through the magic remote. - The smart menu allows you to pin your favourite YouTube channels so they're easy to find. - Great sound quality. - Capability to connect to other smart home systems are services. Despite my disappointment about the catch-up services, this is still a great TV and certainly provides value for money.

Very pleased
I had my previous TV, a Samsung, for a long time until the screen started to deteriorate. I first bought a hitachi- not from Amazon and it was dreadful so was sent back. I really only wanted a 32" screen but it wasn't available and this was a good price so won't for it. I am so glad I did Set up- really easy it really is plug and play. Put the stand on connected my cable box and amazon fire tv cube and just stood back it did nearly all of it by itself. Connected by cable to my broadband and all the connected features work with little or no intervention Picture - plenty of options and excellent quality the difference between my previous tv and this is very obvious Sound - again excellent for inbuilt speakers very clear speech and more than enough for day to day watching, I may invest in a sound bar for watching films Design - narrow bezel good design
