If you value light texture and full old fashioned cornmeal flavor Bob's Red Mill GF Corn Flour will fit the bill. It's just the thing for southern cornbread, corn muffins, scrapple, cornmeal stuffing, and light breading for fish, and It more than fills the enormous gap left when Arrowhead Mills discontinued their cornmeal line several years back. Bob's single 22oz container is a good buy, but the 4-pack is the way to go if cornbread and corn muffins are your thing.

GREAT IN MY BREAD MAKING
Most grocery stores only carry corn "meal" which is too gritty if you are making breads and other foods that need a fine texture. This product is wonderful to use for them.
