I don’t usually go for flavored teas, but had been battling a cold for about a week and was willing to try anything that would give some relief. Flavoring wasn’t too strong, but gave good aromas to open up the nasal passages. Had several cups and felt some relief on my very sore throat from a bad cold.

Traditional Medicinals throat coat is really good for a sore throat. It has a soothing flavor and really does coat the throat.
