There is 70 mcg of K1 and 10 mcg of K2

Q: Is the "red marine algae" the same thing as carragenan? (i see the label says no filler, binders.) please do not respond if you really do not know.

The red marine algae is lithothamnium from Iceland. It is not the same as carrageenan.
