Easy to use and easy to master.
From the very first use, this has given me absolutely fantastic pizzas. It's so easy to prepare and cook them with this that I haven't messed up a single time even after easily 50+ pizzas, even though I'm completely new to homemade pizzas and ovens. As with most guides, make sure to dust your peel well and check that the pizza slides freely before launching. Also, make sure your stone is hot enough. If it isn't, the bottom won't cook as well as you'd like. I highly recommend buying a temperature gun. It's almost mandatory along with a good peel & pizza turner.

Awesome awesome awesome - read first
Stop messing about. You know it’s awesome, you’ve seen the videos. Just a tip before you make your first pizza. Make sure that you know how to “launch them” I have a pizza paddle and I cover it with semolina. But watch a video and give it a “shoogle” to keep it moving. My first launch into the oven was a disaster? But absolutely nothing to do with the product, it was my lack of knowledge. Also best dough recipe. 1000g 00 flour, 600ml water 25g salt (not a typo) 2-3gr of dried active yeast (I use caputo) Let it rest until doubled in size, Then separate into 4 equal portions and put in the fridge…. And momamia you have THE best dough you will experience… ENJOY! 😊

Perhaps the 'cheapest' solution to great pizza
Where to start... OK, firing it up is easy-ish - it doesn't always 'click' into action on the first attempt, maybe ten or so presses before the gas lights. Now wait, let it heat up or your pizza dough will stick to the 'under-heated' plate, give it a good 15 mins on full power. When you're ready to 'insert', turn the heat down. I highly recommend using semolina flour to stop your fresh dough from sticking to the 'pan', so it slides off easily into the oven. Now, once in the oven, you have to master the art of 'pan swivel', your pizza will burn unless you 'quarter turn' every 20 seconds - it's that hot! It's a knack, but when you're on it, then your pizza will turn out beautifully - do not talk to anyone during this crucial stage, I learned the hard way. If you're not on it, well... you may give up and forego the right to make perfect pizza. So, practice! Don't give up :) It's utterly worth it when you've mastered it.

Needs to be 1 meter from fence
This was the perfect oven for our built space next to the bbq, only when reading the instructions did we find it can’t be less than a meter from fence so now having to pay for return. This should be made clear in the details so people know. Would have loved to enjoy using it but unfortunately not

You'll end up selling this on e...bay..
Just awful. You'll go through all sorts of shenanigans with pizzas burnt on one side, raw on the other. It seems like a good concept but a complete waste of money. Stick to your oven and just bring the pizza outside to eat.

La verdad es que es increíble la calidad, cómo quedan las pizzas. Le da mil vueltas a un horno convencional, el tamaño es perfecto y los materiales son de muy buena calidad.

The Ooni Koda 16 is a lot of fun to use, but here’s my advice for first‑timers: start small. Don’t jump straight into making a overstuffed pizza on your first try — the dough won’t hold up and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Take baby steps and work your way up. A friend of mine owns this oven and makes absolutely delicious pizzas with it, which is what convinced me to try it. The oven itself is great: powerful heat, quick cooking, and a really enjoyable experience once you get the hang of it.

Che dire, un nome una garanzia. Il migliore in commercio a mio avviso. Caro, ma ne vale la pena. Pizze buonissime e serate in compagnia assicurate

Best purchase ever! It being gas powered makes it easy to heat up in 20min and toss in a pizza for 1-2min for a delicious dinner. It really does cook that fast because it gets SO hot, you just need to consistently turn the pizza to get the nice even cook. Once it’s cooled you can take the stone plate out and clean it if you need. We got the bigger size to make a 16in pizza and it fits amazing 🍕

Loved it! Bought the Ooni Koda 16 to master our home pizza making game and I’m so happy with my purchase. A big shoutout to the Pizza Pro team and especially Mr Praveen who was proactively working to make sure our order reached us on time since delivery was delayed by Bluedart. They continue to have some of the best customer service and have provided untiring support over WhatsApp to all my queries :) The oven is amazing and with the right dough recipe we’ve been able to churn out amazing restaurant style Pizzas at home at a fraction of the price. The oven is solidly reliable, looks sleek, and is exceptionally easy to setup and use. Just need to get your hands on an LPG cylinder (which I had to get since my home runs on piped gas), and you’re good to go. It does take 40 mins or so on high to reach 400*C which PizzaPro assured me is normal since you don’t get pure Propane in India, and LPG contains high volumes of butane which makes it difficult to attain high temperatures in the 20 mins advertised on the Ooni website and booklets. Once it’s ripping hot, it takes less than 80 seconds to get a pizza ready. Make sure to get an infrared thermometer to monitor temps! Can be easily used for making naans, grilling veggies and meat, among other things. Super excited to explore the full possibilities!
