Beautiful holster it fits very well high quality, thick leather.
1791 makes really great holsters and this one is no exception. The leather is thick and the fit and quality is exceptional. My gun fits very well in the holster and it holds it and after a short time, it was broken in the stitching is very well done The fit is perfect. I really like this holster. The first one I ordered looked as though it was damaged and returned then sent out I called the manufacture what they insisted that I send it back to Amazon which I did and the next holster came back and it was fine. I own at least one of these for all my guns, at least six and many magazine holsters. They make quality products that work and fit very well. I am very happy with them all.

Great product... however the tight fit issue is no Joke!
They should advertise that these holsters are extremely tight. One must wrap the pistol in a thick plastic bag and then force it into these holsters. Let it remain there for at least 12 hours. Once this is done the pistol will still be tight enough to safely hold the weapon. I did not know this and once I struggled to jam he firearm into the holster, I had to use my legs to extricate my SIG P320 Compact. After researching, I followed a youtube post and now the holster is the best I have ever purchased. Any purchaser of this holster should have a secondary weapon to use during the first few days of breaking these holsters in.

Fits a SIG P220 Carry without a problem
I was concerned with using a multi-fit holster, but this one came through without a problem. Fit was a little snug at first, to be expected, but I'm confident it will stretch just enough with use. The leather is thick enough to easily support the weight of a full-size pistol, matched with a proper belt this will be an excellent concealment rig. The russet color is smooth with minimal surface finish, I have similar (more expensive) holsters from other manufacturers that looked this way at purchase and have aged beautifully with wear and the occasional wipe-down with a silicone cloth, I hope this happens with this one too.

Good solid holster for the price
Okay, let me start by admitting I’m probably not like most who buy these holsters. I’m a South Texas rancher and a first responder. I’ve been wearing gun leather my entire adult life...lets just agree to say that’s a lot of years. I’ve worn gun leather from pretty much every manufacturer around in my time. I have my own preference for every day carry, but due to the Coronavirus stuff, I couldn’t get an order on time from my preferred manufacturer. I decided to give 1791 Gun Leather a shot. I prefer leather over plastic holsters any day because of getting in and out of trucks and tractors and on and off horses all day long in the South Texas heat. Trust me, plastic gets old real darn quick...not to mention how bad it rubs dust and dirt on the gun finish. Don’t get me started on how much noise it makes in just about every interaction. Anyway, I received this holster and performed the proper break in (which I love they included instructions for the novice users). The holster is a nice fit and weapon retention is certainly not an issue. Honestly, my only issue with this holster is how it rides on real solid gun belts. It’s is just a tad bit too stiff and tight on the belt. I hoped it would soften up a little over time, but you guys did a great job of stiffing those belt slots up! I’m sure it works great for your average user that doesn’t invest in high quality gun belts. The issue for me is that it makes the pistol print a lot more than I care for. It thrusts the butt of the pistol out just a little too far for me. Yes, we have open carry here in Texas, but I don’t care for people to know I’m carrying a weapon unless I need to introduce it to them. It also causes my shirt to rise up over the butt while working and exposes the pistols to dust dirt and scrub brush that would normally be kept away by the shirt. Again, as I said, I’m probably not your normal customer. I wear gun leather 12 to 16 hours a day under extreme conditions, so I’m used to a certain fit...and yes, a certain finish on my gun leather. If it wasn’t being used in that type of environment, I would say this is a great piece of gun leather for just about anyone and everyone else! I have no doubts that this gun leather is a solid 5 stars for everyone else. I’m just doing an honest review for my personal uses. Still, I gave ya 4 stars...that’s sayin a lot coming from a stubborn South Texas rancher!

Good Quality and Decent Fit
Purchased this for my Staccato 2011 CS (2024 version). The firearm slid right in but after a couple days use it became a little too loose for my comfort. I love 1791 holsters, fit and finish and quality, this one being a universal holster didn't hit the mark for my use case. Regardless I have a high rating because it's still a quality product.

Very Nice Holster, but Really Needs Break-In
I really like the finish of this holster. Very well made, and looks great! The only negative (which I can't mark it down for as it's just a very sturdy piece of gear) is that it really, really requires a lot of break-in. While it comes with instructions for breaking it in, I've still had to work it to get the pistol to slide in an with any degree of ease. There are a lot of angles on the P320, and now that those have left the right grooves inside the holster the handgun is sliding in and out with much less effort. Don't expect to start using this right out of the box.

Nice fit for FN509
Sturdy leather, well made and after just a little stretching fits my FN 509 perfectly. Belt loops are very tight at first but I’m sure they will loosen just as my other 1791 holster has. Very pleased with both of them!

Wrong Holster
Customer service told me exactly which holster to order for a Sig XCompact RXP, but it turned out (after trying holster and talking to a cust. serv. manager at 1791) that the company does NOT make a holster that works. A bit of a waste of time but fortunately when I finally got to talk to a 1791 manager he spent the time to research the matter and was honest they didn't have a compatible product. So overall, while the holster looked very high quality, they didn't have the right product but their customer service ended up doing their job...and Amazon was awesome as usual.
