Great tallow base. Of the three Goodfella's tallow based shave creams that I use, this is my favorite. All three create a thick long lasting lather that promotes razor glide and minimal irrational. This one has a pleasing fragrance that is similar to chocolate pudding. It works well and offers a close enjoyable shave experience.

I truly do not leave reviews often, but this soap deserves one. Hands down one of the best products I’ve ever used. Thick pillowy lather with only a little bit off the top and a good brush, slick as a greased pig in summer heat, and smells great. If you’re debating it, don’t. It’s absolutely worth it. I imagine this jar will last me a long time

This was my first Goodfellas' product. I don't use much as I only shave my neck but it works great. Keeps me from getting razer burn, which I typically get on my neck. Lastly, I really like the scent too.

I liked it at first then started to get grainy and held wet spot in Center of dish kinda melted more of the soap block Would try again it could be me ?

This shaving cream is amazing and makes amazing foam. The smell is very pleasant and not overbearing.

Smells great, lathers amazingly with a brush, leaves the face feeling tingly after use. Recommend for any fan of shaving.

OK shaving cream. Felt that other shaving soaps and creams have given me more protective lathers. Scent was not offensive.

Couldn’t believe the lathering created from this shaving product, made my double edge razor slide so smoothly with no cuts, no acnes and it smells so clean and neat, definitely recommend it.

Great product. Lathers well. Has the emotion inducing scent of barber shops of old, that I remember my Father visiting. Only suggestion is package so that soap can easily be moved to a preferred lathering cup. Will buy again.

I just love this one! It's definitely going in my rotation. Probably the best lather I've had so far. Wonderful sweet musky scent. Great glide. I highly recommend!

I was expecting this soap to be white in color (like the photo). The one I received is brown. Not much of a fragrance. Lathers ok.
