Just one - Fits 2012 SVT Raptor
I could swear when I ordered there was a photo of 4 caps. But, you just get one. I have 2012 SVT Raptor wheels on my 2005 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew. This hub fit perfectly. Be careful at the carwash.
