Whats not to like
I feel the need to write a review because eveytime I use this machine Im so glad I chose it. I was nearly put of by some of the negative reviews. I have had a magimix mini mixer for years and its still going strong, so I knew their motors last. This is my first juicer so I cant compare to others but I have found It easy to use, and it extracts lots of juice, what is left is quite dry. I have also found it easy to clean contrary to some other reviews. Like anything clean immediately so any residue doesnt harden. The way I sum up a good product is if it broke would I buy it again and I would give this a definite YES.

Cleaning it is a nightmare
There’s 9 parts to this machine!! 9!!! And that’s not including the base! it’s ridiculous. Today I juiced 8 apples, 8 oranges, a few handfuls of spinach and 1 and a half pineapples (the pineapples were pre cut) and spent around an hour in the kitchen! The attached photo from the user manual tells you the amounts you’re supposed to be able juice, but I’ve found it to be a lot less than this before it gets clogged and you have to empty it. One of the biggest issues is the pulp stays inside the machine, it doesn’t spit it out. So earlier for example I juiced 5 apples, it then became clogged, so I had to take it apart, clear the pulp and put it all back together, I then juiced the remaining apples. I then wanted to juice the pineapple - you have to add another part called the extra press to juice the pineapple, I juiced a small amount of pineapple then it got clogged with pulp again so I had to take it apart, remove the pulp and rinse under the tap. Then I wanted to juice oranges so you have to put the citrus press on, then after juicing around 4 oranges it gets clogged, so you have to remove it, throw away the pulp, rinse it again, put it back together and juice the remaining oranges. Then after all this you have to dismantle it all AGAIN, discard the pulp AGAIN, wash 9 parts! dry 9 parts and put it back together. It’s such a faff 😔 it honestly makes you not want to juice as it’s just so time consuming. I did all that earlier and I only made around 2 litres of juice. It’s crazy. It is a good juicer but I think I’m going to have to return it as it’s just so much effort 😔

Great juicer
This juicer works really well. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. You get a high yield of juice from your fruit and vegetables with a pulp of dryish fibre that you can use in baking or for composting. Would highly recommend this product. It is well worth the price.

Kind of ok
I decided for a magimix machine due to my positive experiences with other two magimix kitchen appliances I already have and with which I am super satisfied. Nevertheless I can’t deny my slight disappointment with this one.The quality of the body seems to have gone downhill from what I was used to. There’s more plastic altogether and moving away from the solidity that my previous appliances shown which in my view was an enormous plus with this brand. The plastic of the main body where the juice is collected and from which comes out feels weak and as if it would break if it fell. The top part feels better perhaps. The motor seems to have retained the traditional quality, hopefully, and they still seem to stand for their durability which is great. Also one very annoying aspect is that the top plastic pressing part doesn’t seem to be sealed properly and when washed the water goes in somehow. It took me about 15 m to shake all the water out bit by bit, as I didn’t want to leave that water inside as inevitably will start going bad.I have decided keeping it nevertheless I can’t deny a reasonable level of disappointment and unfortunately will think twice about my decisions in the future when it comes to kitchen appliances. It works well enough and the extra pressing ability is useful. It’s not really prepared for more that about 0,5 - 0.7 l of juice at a time as the filter needs cleaning and the pulp is not discarded to a different container like on many other brands but instead stays in the filter chamber in order to extract the most amount of juice possible. One thing I really like is that this brand keeps its tradition with providing a really nice book with the machine that you can be proud of placing on your recipe book shelf. Many other brands could learn from this detail as it is certainly a really nice touch. There’s pros and cons and it is what it is, that’s just my opinion.

Great juicer
This juicer is of an excellent quality and far superior to a previous one I had but it was also more expensive. Does everything it says in the description. The only downside is that the pulp is still quite wet and I expected it to be a lot drier as a previous reviewer remarked. The citrus press is excellent. Instructions are easy to understand and a great little recipe book. Good, strong and sturdy. There is some weight to it too but is reasonably compact. Looks nice on my kitchen unit. Would recommend

Not impressed. Sent it back and ordered the nama Vitality.
Where do I start with this review? I thought this machine was going to be amazing. How I was wrong...It juiced well however, cleaning it was another story. Never in my life have I found it so laborious to clean something.. The fruit was welded to the inside of the machine and cleaning it off was near impossible. The tip of the iceberg was when I made apple and pear juice. Cleaning the pear out was horrific. It wouldn't budge, even after being handwashed the shoved in the dishwasher the pear was still in there. It was at that point I boxed it up and sent it back.Dont waste your money on something which makes juicing a rubbish task. Buy a Masticating Juicer, it chucks all the pulp out for you unlike this one.A little more pricey but go for the nama Vitality or the omega.. I have been using the nama for a few days and juicing is simply amazing. No leaks, more yeild and the easiest machine to clean.I wouldn't recommend the magimix.
