*** Edit/Update - Seller kindly replaced battery with new battery - Thank you. *** Decent spec and Laptop, and fast with 16GB'S of RAM, but the battery life, even though it is stating 83% health in the BIOS, is just so bad. I mean even on full charge (which takes 2 hours) you are getting an absolute maximum of 3 hours battery life, and that is just standard website browsing. If you decide to play videos, or any kind of multi-tasking, you will get much less than 3 hours. I've had as low as an hour out of this laptop before it shuts down. Just downloading my emails from an email client - when the battery life was at 30% - rendered the laptop shutting itself down.Therefore the usage time is usually less than the actual charging time, which means you mainly have to keep it plugged in all the time.Like I said, they are nice machines, but laptops are meant to be portable. This is nowhere near sufficient for that, unfortunately; although for the price, I'll keep it as a back-up to my main work PC, which is mainly what I bought it for. You won't be taking it out with you with any charging points, as it just will not last long enough to be useful.

Nothing to dislike at all. Looks like new. Super fast. Going to be using it out in the field for my outside broadcasts. Would buy another!

Laptop does everything I want it to. It’s quick and looked brand new. The charger was faulty, however one of their customer service members posted a new one out and the problem was fixed.

Just received it today quality is better than my expectation. Highly recommended in this budget.

I was impressed with the visual quality of the refurbished Dell Latitude 7280 I received. Unfortunately, the micro-SD slot was broken. I was not to impressed by the response I got when I reported it. Too much hassle to send it back, so I'm stuck with this fault, I guess.

Pay attention to the specifications listed and compare it to the product once you receive it. Most at time they’ve will send you a lower specification than the one listed. I wasn’t happy at all. I advice them to change the listed specification and make sure it conform they the laptop itself. BEWARE...
