Great. Perfect for what i needed. Excellent aroma and flavor. Used for a side of salmon. managed to get a few uses out of this before it became too charred, but a great addition and quite a party pleaser to serve on this straight from the grill.

Not huge, but size is stated. You wouldn't get a large salmon side on, but fine for what I need. Not sure if I'll get more than one use out of it, but served it's purpose.

All cutting boards were either too expensive or big but this one makes a good wooden board

I’ve used it twice now and might get another use of it. The idea is you get the surface charred, turn it over and add the fish. The flavor is very good. If it was thicker it might last a bit longer…

I’ve used a single plank for 5 cooks now. I soak the plank for at least 8 hours and cook with it over direct coals. Each cook has lasted for around 30 mins and while the bottom of the plank is charred, still lots of life in it yet. I’ve only used it to cook salmon and you get a lovely subtle smokey flavour from the fish. I’ll happily purchase this again.
