This is a really great jacket. It’s so soft & true to size. The lining is the same as the shell so very warm & soft. I wouldn’t say there is much stretch. It’s fleece so it takes a lot for water to get through. Pockets are a good depth. I bought this for the functionality as it’s not super thick like a winter coat but it’s as warm and it’s thin enough that I can put my son in it while in his car seat.

We bought this as a back up because our kiddo only wears one specific color but this one was on super sale and we needed an extra just in case the favorite didn’t get put in the dryer the night before or some other toddler catastrophe happened. It’s soft, warm, phenomenal quality (it’s now in rotation so it’s a regularly worn item and gets washed all the time and hasn’t got worn down at all), the zipper is strong and sturdy but easy and smooth enough for our kiddo to have been able to zip it up and down on their own right off the bat. This thing is roomy and fits great, we buy a size up for our sake since it’s the only jacket they’ll wear but it seems to fit even when This is the only jacket my kiddo will wear, so we just keep buying it in a new size when they outgrow one. It’s soft, warm, phenomenal quality (it’s a daily worn item and gets washed all the time and hasn’t got worn down at all), the zipper is strong and sturdy but easy and smooth enough for our kiddo to have been able to zip it up and down on their own right off the bat. This thing is roomy and fits great. Overall, great jacket, versatile, good quality, wears and washes well, and it’s durable. No holes even though an active toddler wears it regularly. I would consider it medium weight/thickness and it’s worn from fall through spring.

Bought this jacket for my son who does not like anything “scratchy” on his skin. The jacket looks great and the fleece keeps him warm and snuggly. It’s not the thickest or warmest jacket, but we live in the south and pair it with an outer waterproof shell when it’s cold and wet outside. The zipper works wonderfully- even after months of use. I highly recommend!

These Columbia fleece jackets is our "must have" winter layer for small kids. It's thick enough to wear by itself until the snow comes, and perfect for layering under coats once temperatures drop below freezing. Sizing is always spot on with other kid brands like Old Navy or Cat & Jack, and you can wash it endlessly without it wearing out. If your kiddos are hard on clothes and hate hoods, like mine, this will be a great purchase.

I ordered a size small for my 5 year old son, just based on reviews from others since the seller does not have appropriate sizing for kids listed on this particular jacket. It is HUGE on him. It's long and baggy. And he's a very average sized 5 year old at 44 pounds. I definitely should have ordered an extra small. I was also disappointed it does not have a hood. But the color is vibrant, quality is great and it's warm, light weight and super soft- and I couldn't pass up the price. Perfect jacket for fall or early spring time. Just wish it fit him better. Seller needs to include appropriate sizing for kids on a page with kids jackets. This could help your potential buyers more.

My son turned 3 years old, 3 months ago (from the time I posted this review and took these pictures), he weighs 31lbs and his height is roughly 40 inches (he moved too much to get accurate measurement), and I bought size 4T. The jacket fits him perfectly but he will grow out of it by next year. I like to order a size up when purchasing clothes for my kids, so they have room to grow into it but this jacket runs pretty small. Besides it running small, the jacket is very soft and provides the warmth I need for my son (we live in NY and it can get pretty cold during the winter). I bought it as a liner for his winter jacket. Next year I will buy this again but I’ll probably go two sizes up instead of just one. I’m very happy with this jacket, it’s high quality material, and a great price (I paid $11 because I picked orange which I guess is a undesirable color but honestly it looks super cute and he could wear it by itself on a less cold day) I highly recommend this jacket, I just suggest going up more sizes if your kid is tall or on the heavier side.

My daughter is 27” and 17lbs, fitting in 9month clothes. I bought a 12-18 in this and it’s honestly only a little bit too big. So definitely suggest sizing up if you want it to fit for a while! Soft, warm, and cozy.

This boys large Columbia sweater, black was a replacement of one that I sent back. The one I sent back was used with the sleeves rolled up, with lint on it not in the original package. The replacement I received was new , in an original package, with the paper labels intact. Thank you for rectifying this order in a timely fashion. I appreciate it. Thank you.
