Very Comfortable
The cushion supports my lower back so well. It is exactly what I needed. It makes sitting in my home desk chair so comfortable. I have not done it yet but I am thinking about buying a second one for my SUV.

Back saver
I don't remember how long I've had this but it helps with back support. Just be mindful to bring it in if you live in a cold state. If it stays in the cold overnight it will feel like a rock instead of foam.

Not enough support for my back
the pillow itself is good quality, and the material is nice. But for my back, the hump in the pillow was still too small. I needed bigger/firmer support for my lower back at my desk. So, unfortunately, i had to return it.

I have been using for a bout a week. Not sure that I have seen a huge difference from my old pillow. I have slept well, however.
