Works perfectly, good pool protection

The product didn't work at first because the batteries jammed in the battery case when the case was inserted and weren't making contact. The enclosure doesn't protect against humidity and isn't water-tight. Seems to work well, but I store the product indoors when I'm not using it.

I returned this because we did not want to drill into our concrete. Should not be considered a problem with quality of product. I gave a default 5 Star

This is a joke, especially for the price. Since the first day we installed this it has not worked. It’s supposed to sound an alarm when anyone enters the pool but my 4 and 6 year old sons can jump in and out for 10 minutes creating plenty of waves and disturbance before it finally triggers the sensor at all, and when it does it’s a very weak alarm you have to be on the pool deck to hear. The inside alarm has never once sounded. It’s an absolute waste of money and if you’re relying on the alarm sensor as backup at all it actually creates a false sense or security and overall more dangerous environment. Do not purchase! Wish we could return but it was too late for us

Best alarm ever. Just be sure it is emersed at least 2 inches in the water. Its loud as it should be. Inside and outside alarm. Easy to reset. Love it.
