Q: Will this fit a Glock43x?

This will fit a 43 or 43X, but not a 43X MOS because the MOS option adds a vestigial rail that makes the frame too thick. If you put a 43X MOS slide on a a 43 or 43X frame, it will fit in this holster.

Q: I see people say it is for a glock 43, but in the description it says nothing about fitting a glock 43. Is this holster in fact for the glock 43?

The one I received has glock 43 on the package. Unfortunately my glock 43 is on back order and I received the holster first. Its way too small for the glock 26. As long as the model number is 410568BK-R your good.

Q: Does this fit glock 40 22

It does not. They do make a Serpa that will fit the Glock 22.

Q: does this come with the paddle or do you have to purchase separately?
