Prestige Import Group Crystal Gel Humidification Beads for Humidors - 2 Pounds (4 x 8oz Bags)

Amazed at how much water these crystal will absorb. Believe the instructions or you will have way to much to use. I have a small container I leave sitting on my cigar cooler. I put it in for a few minutes when humidity is needed and take it out again. Easiest way ever to adjust to your desired humidity range.

Update: it was working well at first but lost humidity quickly. 5-star has been updated to 3-star.Original: I was using 3 boveda packets at a time to keep my humidor happy but this is so much more economical and it does a better job keeping humidity consistent. I’ve tried a few different items out and I’ve been the happiest with this one.If you don’t want to pay for a plug-in humidifier, this is the way to go.

When I first reviewed this item, I was excited at the stability of the humidity once the beads were activated. It's been a few weeks now and I noticed MOLD developing in the beads. This is UNACCEPTABLE! As much as I wanted to like this product, the development of mold renders this JUNK for me.

Where I live it takes a lot to maintain a humidor at 70 degrees but these were so easy to use and works like a charm.

Put in 3 of my humidors and each one has kept for over 2 weeks perfectly at 70%. This is the way to go. I have used similar products before and over time you may need to change them out as they can start to grow some mold but it takes a long long time. This bag will last for years and you can easily change out the old beads.

This product works great in my Humidor. I would recommend this product.

I would give this a -5 stars if I could.As a cigar aficionado I take the highest care of my humidor,This was an economical option to make your own. It grew mold! I am so disappointed and I question how this product is manufactured and stored I’ve never had this happen before

Does not keep humidor at 70%. It does humidify.
