Perfect when Pom pomegranate not available
I had a hard time finding packaged pomegranate at the local stores. This was a really good sub in my spinach walnut salad!!!

Exactly What the Doctor Ordered
Pomegranate seeds are super inconvenient to harvest from the fruit but they have a ton of health benefits, so imagine my joy when I stumbled upon this brand, decided to give it a try and loved everything about it (convenience of the packaging, taste of the seeds, price)--these are going to be staple of mine for sure, especially since the anti-inflammatory effects have been so evident in my knee that was previously hurting. If you're on the fence about buying these, give them a try. UPDATE: There's been a significant price increase since I gave my review and I don't think you're getting the value for your money at this price.
