Been running this for roughly 5 years. Overclocked slightly, no issues. Had a bad AIO cooler that caused computer to overheat while also overclocking….still no issues. Never had an issue with any games and is still rocket fast. I’d rather have an I9 but this was great in my budget build.

So, I know AMD has become the dominate force in CPU's but when I couldn't get ahold of a Ryzen 5 5600X and I heard AMD was having a lot of chips failing I decided to go with the i5-10600K "Especially when the price dropped from $260 to $230" This chip though it has a 125w TDP runs very cool with my 240mm Fractal S24 Prisma AIO (Idle Temps inside a Corsair 4000D case are around 81-82 Degrees "F" Inside a room that stays around 72-73F) CPU has some serious Overclocking Room. Gamer Nexus showed this CPU beating out a i9 in Gaming with proper RAM and CPU Overclocking, and the results are repeatable because I've tested this myself and found this CPU to be a little monster for Gaming performance. We all know the i5-9600K was the best Gaming CPU for the longest time and the i5-10600K is basically just a i5-9600K 2.0 that's been revised and improved. At the $230 price tag I would highly suggest this CPU to anyone who wants to stick with Intel and running on the LGA1200 socket. (Please keep in mind that my results are on a water cooled AIO setup so please don't expect the same results) PC Setup: Case: Corsair 4000D Air Flow MOB: ASUS Rog Z490 E (DO NOT SUGGEST THIS BOARD OR COMPANY!!) I just wouldn't use the ASUS Z490E "It arrived broken and ASUS refused to help me at all, so I ended up having to solder and Super Glue on a $300 board to fix the damage from the factory"

Works as intended no problems.

I bought this to upgrade my sons gaming PC and I have to say this thing is a little workhorse with the overclock feature. I wanted a better CPU without having to upgrade the MOBO and get faster, better performance without bottlenecking. This does the job. I have it paired with an MSI 460G Mobo and a Nvidia RTX 2060 super and the performance is much better. CPU is running at 60-70 C maxed out (which is well within spec), so I am going to add a liquid cooled fan to bring that down, but even at the 60-70 there's no lag. If you're looking to make an upgrade to your 10th gen system without having to get a new Mobo, this is a great option

pros -great value for$200 -overclocked easily -performs better than Ryzen 5600x when overclocked. -easily reaches up to 250 fps at 4.8ghz! cons -ran a little hot and needed a 120mm aio -uses high wattage.

Muy buen procesador, buen rendimiento..

10600k is a great processor as anyone who has researched them knows. With my custom water cooling loop, and a z490 motherboard I’m running 5.1Ghz overclock, with 5.0Ghz all core overclock(standard all core is like 4.3Ghz I believe). Under a stress test my cpu temps do peak around 80C, though all my gaming loads have peaked temps around 50-60C. The only hitch I had ordering this processor from Dealzone distributors was that the package was sent with “signature required” upon delivery option, and they were unable to change that. I work daylight hours so had a high chance of missing the delivery window. They(the seller) did at least promptly reply even though it was a holiday weekend. I ended up making a fedex account to change the delivery to “pick up at local fedex location” instead of delivery to my home because of the signature requirement.

Solid card that overclocks with ease and gives solid frame rates for gaming using recent and new gen GPUs. Best Intel bang for your buck unless you need more cores for rendering and video editing. Not as good value as AMD but best all around price to performance CPU for 10th gen Intel's.
