TAMASHII NATIONS - One Piece - Thousand Sunny, Bandai Spirits Chogokin Die-Cast Metal Collectible

First off, this item was delivered a few days earlier than expected and it arrived in great condition! I am very happy with the purchase! It took barely anytime to put together even though the instructions are in Japanese cuz the pictures are pretty easy to follow. Its looks amazing on my shelf! The details are incredible and it’s prob one of my favorite items in my collection! The only thing I think I’m not 100% on is the price. It’s a bit expensive I think for casual fans and I only bought it cuz I’m a huge One Piece fan but it’s still overall worth it I believe. I also took a picture with a Ramune bottle for size comparison.

It's spendy but it's definitely the best replica of the Thousand Sunny. Best of all, it's not some dumb model you got to spend hours putting together. You do have to put a little bit of it together but it's fairly quick. But it's fairly quick.

It is extremely nice on my shelf and happy I saved up for it! Going merry will look great next to it!

Completely captured the Thousand Sunny from the Anime

I have to start off by saying that this piece is really really cool, and that any One Piece collector would be more than happy to have it in their collection! The size and details are phenomenal, and the product does have some weight to it.It is important to note that I bought/pre-ordered direct from Amazon; and, per them, “product box [has] a Bluefin / Bandai Namco warning label, which is proof that you are purchasing an officially licensed Bandai product, distributed by its sole and authorized distributor”... Truthfully, I do not know anything about that, but the box did come with the Exclusive International Release Toei Animation, Funimation, and Official Holographic Tamashii Nations Product Stickers indicating to me that this product is definitely real!!!There are, however, a couple of things which have prevented it from being 5 Stars (in my eyes).1) The price is a little on the expensive side. The quality is definitely there, but I think you are mainly paying for the Tamashii Nations and Bandai names. (It would be interesting to know how many items were made in total.)2) The lack of die cast metal for a Chogokin—“super allow”... Do not get me wrong, it is there; however, I count four parts (the gold shield at the front, the “coup de burst” cannon at the back of the ship, and the very center pieces of the side panels on the ship). The remainder of the ship is some kind of plastic, and there are a few pieces that you need to be VERY careful with when putting everything together. Hopefully, and I am assuming this part, the inside mechanism is metal and not plastic based on the overall weight.That being said, the working docking port and chicken voyage is pretty cool. Also, the hidden/release mechanism for the Gaon Cannon is really cool as well. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 Stars if possible.

The detail and everything is just perfect! I was nervous with it being the most expensive piece I’ve ever bought, but it was well worth the money! I absolutely love it!
