Amiibo Animal Crossing Series Figure (Shizue Winter Clothes)

The media could not be loaded. ⭐ 11/8/21 Update ⭐Below is my original review but I want to update that she's still working and she can also be used in the 2.0 update to invite her to The Roost cafe. She comes to the cafe alone - some NPCs bring along family/other characters. I don't have her new Amiibo card, or any other Isabelle amiibos, so I'm not sure if she brings any other characters with those Amiibos.DLC/ Happy Home Paradise: When I scan her to try to design a paradise home for her it recognizes that's it's Isabelle but it says "You cant connect with this VIP client yet" so I'm assuming I just haven't unlocked that level yet to design a home for her. ⭐ HOWEVER, when I've completed designing other animals homes and ask to take pictures in their home- it allows for scanning some amiibos into the house to take pictures- it works to scan Isabelle for this feature. I have a Lottie Amiibo so I took a picture of them in Cally's home and posted it on this review to see. It's a lot of fun 😊🥳If and when I get to the point of being able to design Isabelle's home- using this Amiibo figure- I'll come back to update again!----------------------------------------5/2021 Original review:This is my first time using an Amiibo figurine. I've used the cards for some villager characters but not for special characters, like Isabelle.I especially wanted the figurine to keep on display and figured if it happened to work on for Harv's on ACNH (Animal Crossing New Horizons) then it would be a bonus. It does work to use at Harv's. 🔴 Note that you can't invite the special characters to the campsite 🔴 We have both Nintendo Switch and the Switch Lite and this Amiibo works on both consoles.Easy to use, just like with the cards. You place it near the joystick when the Amiibo symbol is on the screen and she pops right on the screen. 🔴 Also note that you can't change her clothes at Photopia/Harv's, you can only change her reactions and move her to different spots.Once she appears there at Harv's, her poster is automatically ready to order on the Nook Shopping app- either from your Nook phone or at the ABD back at Resident Services. Like the other posters, it's 1,000 bells to buy it and it will arrive in your mailbox the next day.The figurine is super cute and in great condition. The box was in great shape, as well!

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas, and she loved it! Also got her K.K. Slider. They work great and to be honest I like the Japanese packaging more than the US ones! Definitely recommend if you love the games!She really wanted this one for the New Horizons DLC, as you can invite her and build a vacation home! We are very happy with this purchase!

My daughter and I love Isabelle and wanted to make her a vacation home in Animal Crossing New Horizons. This amiibo is so cute and works perfectly with Nintendo Switch.

It's an amiibo so there's not that much to say. The figure itself is amazing as always but don't expect to be able to use it in anywhere near the amount of games you can use some others in.With the recent update to Animal Crossing New Leaf, this Amiibo does have more of a use than in the past. We may also see more support in the future knowing Nintendo.The benefit of the lack of software support is the price. The Animal Crossing series of Amiibo are cheaper than most other series by a fair margin (MSRP is $8.99 instead of 12.99$) and I was able to pick this up for just $6.00 so the lack of support is made up for in the reduced price.
