I have been taking Fibroplex for about 13 years. I make two tables twice a day. I could not function without this product. It does not get rid of all my symptoms, but certainly, I would be essentially bedridden without it. If I forget or don't take it for a day or so, I know the difference. I am sore and hardly able to move or function. Because of these supplements I have never needed to try any prescription pain medications. the key is the Malic Acid, with the other ingredients in bioavailable form to potential Malic Acid absorption. As another has said, the problem really is in the fascia, and release lactic acid after any activity. This formula helps clear it. Not perfect and not completely, but I can manage every day as long as I take this product. Take it for a month, then stope taking it and you will realize the difference. Takes a few days to a week or more to build up in your system, so you will not see results immediately. But over the course of a week or two one should definitely begin to see a difference, if you truly have fibromyalgia.

I’ve been using this product for awhile. The main ingredient is magnesium and helps tremendously with digestion, constipation and headaches. Is all natural - no additives. Highly recommend product.

I took this product for a few months but realized how much I needed when I ran out. I never want to run out again. It works really well for me. I know everyone is different.

I have found this product to be instrumental in relieving the pain I have from Fibromyalgia. The only medication I take is Tylenol now and most days I have no problem going to work, or taking care of my property (gardens and chickens). This product might not work for everyone, but it sure can't hurt you. I showed it to my doctor and, while she is disappointed that I don't want to go the pharmaceutical route, she gave me her blessing to take this, as she says nothing in it will hurt me. If you are looking for an alternative to handling pain from soft tissue or joint issues, I would recommend trying this product for 2 months and seeing if it makes a difference for you. Can't hurt!

I couldn't live with out Fibroplex it makes a huge difference in being able to functioning with Fibromyalgia. Not only do I have less pain I also sleep a bit better and over all everyday life is better. Forget pharmaceuticals give this supplement a try for 1 month then stop taking for 2 weeks then try it again to see what difference it makes for you.
