Great clock for the price mine is 14 months old now out in garage and the clock part has an issue. I sent message to company and was immediately answered back and replacement part is on the way for free. This item is out of warranty and this company still wants me to be happy with there product. I think that’s going above and beyond excellent customer service. I will be definitely buying few more clocks for family member gifts.

I don't even care that it was 4 days late. I was so impressed with the clock. I thought it looked nice in the photo but didn't realize it would be so amazing!!!! This is such good quality in a world where you are normally disappointed by the things you buy. you will not be disappointed by this maker. I am keeping your cards and having you make more clocks for me and my family.

Clock looks terrific, but neon did not work out of the box. Had to return it. Very disappointed, but I am going to order another one to see if I have better luck.
