The product say liquid remains hot for 8 hours, it did not even last for two hours

Quality is as promised, leak proof and star looking. But the warmth does not remain for more than 3-4 hours. Ended up using for cold fluids. Overall: recommended.

The flask performs well. The heat loss is minimal, but you can definitely feel a little heat around the cap when fully filled with hot water. However this doesn't seem to affect its performance much - the flask retains heat well.

Well engineered Diameter is sized base on human hands- perfect Feels sturdy and when kept down you can feel confident of it not dropping down Hot & cold - good enough Color scheme, Matt finish, Grip surface, Dull steel finish - Appeals a lot, fits to office, home any where The only miss- is there is on inner plastic is pale brown -Could have been White, not sure or any other color, except for the pale brown tht is now

After three months of use, it stopped retaining heat. Reported the issue to Borosil and the product was replaced. The same thing happened again promptly after three months. Unfortunately instead of receiving a coupon code I received a replacement again. This time the heat retention didn't last for more than a month. I will not recommend the purchase of this product. It is expensive as well. The only good feature is it looks good.
