I purchased these socks to skate in. They're thicker material, but not too thick. They're comfy and cozy and I love them.

We bought these socks for a half marathon along with matching shirts. I was really worried that I would get more blisters than normal from having non-athletic socks on. Luckily I just the two blisters in the usual places I get from long runs. I would say around mile 8 they started slipping down to about half calf, but that was after about an hour and 10 minutes of running, so I was not surprised. Now that I've worn them a few times they seem to be stretching out a little. I want to note that the color on the listing appears teal/greenish. When we got them we were disappointed that they seemed more blue than we anticipated. They didn't match our shirts as well as we had wanted due to the difference in color. They are just tube socks, so there is no contour in the foot area. It's uniform all the way down. They definitely served their purpose.

These are thick, without being bulky. They're very warm. I have large calves and am short, but these go over my calves and up to my knees with ease. They stay up all day as well and I'm on my feet all day. I would buy these many more times and will check to see if there are other colors.

Exactly what I needed for my Halloween costume as an 80s gym coach. Warm enough my husband can now wear them when he's working in the cold.

Fits great, bought these for my wife, they fit her great, goes up to right below the knee.

Love them! I have big calves making it hard to find tall socks that fit right. These are comfortable and fit great!

These socks are perfect for soccer uniforms if you need certain colors. I have a lot of black athletic shoes with blue accents so these match perfectly. They feel nice and think, too.

Only reason I won't give them a 5/5 is because I feel they're a little too thick but other than that I love them =}
