I'm severely flatfooted. This is just perfect. If a person has a difference in the level of the arch, the can add a Valgus pad of 1/4 inch like I do on the left foot. But Sparsh product is international quality & so is my fitness :-). Regular exercise & buying products from this buyer can get you out of alot of future orthopaedic problems that come of age. The best Flat feet insoles. I've tried many brands but these r the best. Soft and confortable. They don't hurt and they have a solid support for the arch. Not just an elevated part which would go down with body weight. Best product

If you're really planning to buy a pair of insoles for correcting flat feet, I'd suggest you look elsewhere, preferably at a surgical store or get custom-made shoes. My experience hasn't been very good with these. First of all, the right sole was a little defective - the arch fell a bit towards the rear and since the product was non-returnable, no replacement was allowed. I contacted the seller but received no response. I tried to wear them the way were but it ended up giving me pain in my heel and hip which took 4 days to ebb out. Good shoes and soles are very important for correct and healthy posture which is why I'd reiterate that one must buy soles very carefully. So, I trimmed off the right sole and adjusted it in my shoe (I had to place some padding behind the heel so that the arch could fall in the right place). The soles are a bit stiff and the arch not high enough for correcting flat feet but it provides support - you can feel them pushing against your soles, just not hard enough. You can't run wearing these since the soles aren't flexible. Also, the heel of the sole is around 2 cm high so if you insert it in a normal sports shoe, your ankle will be peeping out and the shoe would not be able to provide it adequate support. Therefore, pair high ankle shoes with them else you'll have your shoes coming off your feet without any effort. On the whole, not a very convincing buy!

It serves its purpose of arch correction well. Like they have mentioned you can cut it according to your foot size, so fitting isn't an issue. Only negative side is that it can be fitted only to a shoe, not to normal footwears or slippers.So if you use shoes on regular basis, its the best one for you, but if you use shoes only for gym or walking, then it gets a little tricky.

The product is more large for me but what I should do this is uncomfortable for me the built quality is not good
