The strings are sturdy and on the thicker side. The adjusting is pretty tight. Just set it and forget it. The beads look grey to black when it starts. As it warms on your skin it turns colors. Mine seems to settle on a denim blue color. At night, when I'm cooler, it turns green and golden green. The bracelets are well made and pretty sturdy.

Received two bracelets as ordered. Nice looking. Gave both to my girlfriend and she put one on each arm and has not taken off. It's been a week. Both bracelets changes colors together and are pretty cool. Tough also as my girlfriend can be tough on stuff. Well worth money if wanting something that never gets out of style. Mood out

There wasn't a color mood chart included, but it hasn't mattered. So far the beads haven't changed color for any of my moods. But it's a nice everyday bracelet once you figure out how to close it with one hand.

One of the tightening lace with bead fell off very quickly. My wife and daughter loved it at first, however these aren't long term bracelets

Got one for me and my ma! It’s really nice get compliments on it time to time. It DOES change colors mine ranges from purple, blue, green, and sometimes a yellow. It is adjustable and sturdy for the most part. It does NOT come with a color temperature guide so if your into spiritual meanings then you know which color means what for you 🧿. A great gift !

Bought them for my grandsons, who Are into Crystals, they love them. They change Colour, as advertised, so far we’ve seen a lot of happy and excited colours. 🤣🤣
