think bra size not clothing size friends
When I started doing gentle Pilates to strengthen my core, I realized how important it was to find a bra that could move with me — supportive, soft, and truly comfortable. After trying these, I can confidently say they’re a game changer. They don’t ride up, dig in, or lose their shape mid-workout. Instead, they hold everything securely without feeling tight or restrictive. I’m fuller-chested with a smaller frame, and the size large fits like it was made for me — supportive in all the right places yet easy to breathe and move in. One quick tip: Amazon’s size suggestions tend to run small. With this brand, think in terms of your bra size rather than your clothing size. That small detail makes all the difference for a perfect fit.

Super comfy & cuter than heck!
LOVE these tanks! I got one in 3 different colors. That was the first thing I noticed when they arrived - the colors ARE beautiful. Next, weight/feel of the fabric and construction. The fabric is moisture wicking so some weight is necessary to support that feature. There's a built-in bra for support, and removable pads. The pads seem kinda weirdly shaped - almost flat. I ordered the medium size despite the size guide recommendation because I got reprimanded(??!) by the AI that quite literally INSISTED I order the medium! It wouldn't even LET me add the size large to my cart 😅 resorting to what appeared to be a pop-up blockade!! I've said for some time that if there are any internet entities that know me well, Amazon is most assuredly near or at the top of that list. Anyhow, I'm 5'1", 124lbs, a 36D, and I've been a gym rat since I was old enough to get into one - to give you an idea on physique. The medium really IS the best size choice for me, so thank you, Amazon AI! Back to the pads... Straight line on the bottom, dome shaped?? and flat-front. They made the armholes pucker because the fabric didn't want to accommodate my chest in this top with those pads. I took them out and replaced them with some I had from other sport bras that were much rounder in overall shape. Being able to swap the padding made a huge difference. I gotta say the ones that came with were more befitting a barely-A cup size. I couldn't take a star away for those crazy pads just because MY cup size isn't a standard medium. However, it seemed worth discussing. Construction of these tanks are solid. I imagine these lasting a long time. They held up perfectly after washing. I washed them in cold water on the delicate cycle with low spin speed. I hung them to dry and ran them through my dryer for 5 minutes on air only, just to get the air-dry stiffness out of them. Stitching is flawless - not a single loose thread anywhere - even after washing. And ZERO color fade, but I confess I wash nearly everything in Woolite as my base detergent. If you're looking for a quality sports bra that easily doubles as a somewhat upscale tank, these are it! I do have to add that someone who is tall may find these short. I suspect the models they use are short-waisted. They are a perfect length on me at 5'1". (This review is copy/pasted for the other two colors I ordered.)

Comfy but tight!
For reference I’m 5’6” somewhere around 135 lbs and usually wear a small top, probably a B cup now, used to be a C. I love the quality and material, and the length is perfect for my semi short torso. I got the small based on measurements and other reviews but I’ll probably return and try the medium. It definitely gives uniboob— I removed the padding and it was less constricted but definitely cuts into the skin under the arms, back shoulders, and side boobs… not in a painful way, more in a tight, let’s-compress-everything-you’ve-got kinda way. I also have a slightly wider chest and shoulders than the average gal my size but nothing crazy. It’s super comfy and feels good to move/yoga in if you and don’t want the girls flying around! I tried pulling it up closer to the under arms to avoid the side spillage but then the straps were too loose. Definitely size up if you want a bit more width and side coverage!

I will live in these all summer
Detailed review ahead (girl, be ready for a novel)….I have to say first that I am a die hard lululemon fan, but I work as a choreographer every summer for a well respected theatre camp. Last year, all my lululemon running shorts and most of my tanks were on their last leg. I had heard about these online and wanted to give them a try as an alternative for summer camp, as I could spend less and buy more colors to mix and match. WOW! For the money you can’t go wrong. I purchased the white, black, denim blue, and jade green tanks and the matching mesh lined high waist running shorts. I am 5’7 and your typical smedium 32dd. I ordered medium across the board. I rapidly lose weight over the summer due to the heat and the exercise. I feel these will fit me if I fluctuate as low as about 15 pounds lighter. Tanks- These are fantastic. They are not for super high impact, but for lower/ medium impact dance they are great. I can also see myself wearing these all summer as loungewear or with shorts. If I sized down it would’ve given me more cleavage than I wanted. I may try taking in the liner a bit for more security near the end of summer when I’ve dropped weight. Great lululemon dupe. Comfortable and flattering. The ONLY con I have is that the size varied slightly by color. The black and white fit more snug (which I preferred). The denim blue and Jade green fit a little looser as you can see in the side profile picture of the denim blue set. Shorts- these are great dupes as well! The back pocket completely fits my iPhone XR. The side pocket is super secure and deep. The shorts are slightly longer in the back. The high waist is pretty small and includes about an inch of tighter elastic. I personally like this for camp so my walkie doesn’t pull them down, but if you have more of a square figure it may pay to size up. The tank meets right where these shorts start. My only complaint on these is sometimes the way they lay can look a bit funky in the crotch area, but nothing too major. The colors all looked great. I wore the white with red underwear and it didn’t show through where the mesh liner was. As a set- Black is perfect and what you’d expect. The white is a CRISP white. Like, it made me pull out my teeth whitener white. It’s beautiful, but literally my Snow White OPI nail polish even looked a tad dingy in comparison. The Jade green shorts were a slightly different shade than the tank. It was not enough for my husband to notice without telling him. For some reason it looks a lot different in the photo but they’re more similar in person. The blue is a pretty darn close match. If anything, the band is slightly different due to the different material. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, as I plan to mix and match a lot Final thoughts- I love them. I sent both my sisters the links to them, I will live in them all summer, and I will be buying more sets in a variety of colors. Lululemon who?

Super comfy
I like that you can wear alone or under a shirt without it feeling bulky or hot. Super soft material and it didn’t squeeze too tight anywhere or cause pain. But I also have smaller boobs so.

Don’t buy the white
Unfortunately I’ll be returning this. The pads are completely visible through the white fabric while wearing the top. It’s a good quality item… but I can’t wear see through stuff. Maybe the other colors don’t have that issue.

Great value and fit
These are one of two tanks that are a staple in my workout wardrobe. Comfortable and supportive. Wouldn’t wear for jump roping or jogging, but great for lifting and even under flannels or sweaters

The perfect workout top/longline bra.
I hesitated before purchasing this top at first because I really hate removable cups - sports bras, bathing suits, doesn't matter, I get infuriated every time they flip around or fold in the wash. However. I am so, so glad I decided to get this top. For reference, I now own this top in 3 colors (black, vintage purple, and black leopard), and have also purchased multiple as gifts for family members. I'm 5'7, ~160lbs, and wear a 34C, and ordered this top in M - perfect fit. The plain black is definitely the most compressive and is more of a smooth, traditional exercise fabric; the vintage purple is a bit softer/more "buttery" and less compressive, though still perfectly fitted (and will show sweat, just a heads up); and the black leopard is similar in feel to the plain black, just slightly less compressive. None of the colors show the padding through the front, at all; however, you can see the line from the bottom of the shelf of the sports bra insert - as you'd probably expect, it's very noticeable in the purple, less so in the black, and hardly at all in the black leopard. I don't see this as a negative at all though, as it means I'm nice and secure with the boobage while still getting a close, second-skin feel from the whole top. On the topic of boobage, this top makes my boobs look great - they're not "on display" but you can tell that they exist, which is more than I can say for many sports bras/tops. I find it to be fairly supportive - when I'm jumping around, there's maybe a small bit of movement but nothing crazy; for normal workouts/runs, they don't move at all. This is definitely in part thanks to the bra insert which goes around the entire inside of the top (and is not sewn down at the bottom, allowing the shirt to move fairly independently of the bra part) and also in part thanks to the compressiveness of the top. Just as a note - if you're significantly more blessed than me in this department, you'll probably have a different experience here; I'd also recommend sizing up. For length, they all come RIGHT to my natural waist, which is perfect - I have a longer torso, so from the top of my high-waisted leggings (may I suggest The Gym People leggings?) to the bottom of the top is about 1-2 inches depending on how I'm standing/stretching - just enough to make it look like I'm not wearing a onesie, but not so much that I look like I'm trying to be some kind of sexy gymfluencer. I've worn each top probably at least 10x each so far, washed them in cold water, normal cycle, & line-dried - they still look brand new. I've also only gotten mildly frustrated at having to occasionally adjust the pads after washing, thankfully. Overall, my vote - get this top. In every color. You will not regret it.
