Yes. And it makes a mess! I’m not sure why they are selling these with big holes in the bags. I’ve ordered these several times and last few times it looks like someone took a hole puncher and punched through the entire pack. Seeds everywhere when u open the amazon mailer! I’m buying again, but it’s annoying.
