There was no damage to the outer box or the regular container but all the milk chocolate cherry candies were smashed and filling was everywhere for all four of the supposedly sealed cherry candies. Looks like a manufacturing error. I am told I cannot exchange or return this product. I will never buy this brand again. I also bought a dark chocolate package and they were in the same condition. It appears they were all smashed before the seal plastic was put on. The sealing plastic didn’t stick because of the liquid leaking out of the cherries.. Since the company was sold the new owner’s quality went down hill. DO NOT BUY THIS PRIDUCT.

I gave these a 5 star because they came in a timely manner, and tasted delicious. I know it isn't the sellers fault, but these came melted. They were a Christmas gift, but luckily it was for my husband and he is eating them anyway.

The product seals were broken on all of the packages. It was as if these were the reject pile of the quality control group. two of them had the chocolates popped out of them, and the all of them the seals were already broken on the plastic wrap. I do not trust these to eat. You can tell by the color of the chocolate without even eating it that it has sat out and not been properly sealed.

This is the best candy in the world to me. This is chocolate covered cherries and I could never ask for any better. I've been buying these things since I was a little girl. My mom used to give it to us when we were kids it's an ideal gift for anybody The money that it cost is is wonderful I mean they could charge a lot more. Quality of the product is excellent The chocolate tastes very good. There was none of them that was broke .They wasn't leaking and I can't say enough good about them cuz they are delicious. I'm a lifetime fan of these things. I keep them in my freezer. I have one a day .It makes my day

Half the candies were cracked and smashed. As others have said they also seemed old. I’ve had this brand for decades and this box was terribly disappointing. The candy box and the shipping box looked to be in good shape though the candies were not padded for shipping. As others have said it may have been a manufacturing problem that caused the smashed candies. Don’t waste your money or time on these. Glad I wasn’t getting these for a gift.

Great product, value, and company... Not blaming Queen Anne, but these always get damaged during shipment. Every year. Bought them at the local grocery stores several times, and always damaged. Not a problem though, still eat them even if the chocolate has broken and the cherry liquid has come out.

The candy bad. It was like it had melted and then got cold again, but lost its flavor and I had to peel it out of the package with a spoon. I'm glad I checked it before I sent it as a gift. I'm not gifting it to anyone. It just looks bad and is a mess. I really think I should get a credit for these. They were an absolute mess. It was disappointing.
