I received these today. I was quite surprised because I anticipated a lot of flaws. However, I received about 125 gems. Out of the 125, there were 6 that were badly damaged. That was way below my expectations. The gems are pretty nice and I will have fun creating some beautiful jewelry with them. I cannot complain about the damaged ones, considering the price I paid for these.

These are definitely not semi precious gems. Some are very pretty, but be aware of what you are buying. They seem to be mostly glass, maybe some acrylic or other material. At least 4-5 pieces have significant chips. That said, if you are looking for glass - the color is nice on most of these and the cut is fine for crafting.

Beautiful selection of sizes and colors. More large stones than I expected. Only one chipped stone from 1,000 carats purchased. Great for DIY jewelry.

Ad say natural not genuine and I guess that means glass not one natural or genuine gemstone in the bag. I make fine jewelry and have purchased many gemstone lots from many different places and never once have I gone through 210 carats and not found at least one genuine emerald and at least one genuine ruby. If I had found even one it would have made the bag worth the price. No matter how large it was. NOT ONE I guess I will stick buying lots from the trusted companies that sell on Amazon BECAUSE THIS DEFINITELY IS NOT ONE OF THOSE

My previous purchases went fairly well, however, this last purchase I was very disappointed. I had 15 to 20 of the larger stones that were either chipped or fractured. I ran into the whole slew of problems when trying to return the parcel. I became frustrated with the whole process. I ended up throwing away the damaged gemstones, salvaged the rest and decided never to purchase this product again.

Most pieces are broken or very slightly chipped. Despite the deacription, the color and the appearance of the broken edges look very much like glass and not natural stone, at least in the most visible pieces. This is not surprising given the price but I wish it was disclosed. Some pieces are very smooth and others unfinish or rough ground.

I checked three AI Apps and downloaded an app that tells you the type of stone. It tells you what the stone is made of. I even tried it from my IPAD and got the same results on all of the stones 90% of the time the AI’s all agreed. So that was cool. Totally been worth the value, and the ones that are chipped was still cool, but didn’t find glass yet. I am ordering again, but will tell you what I find. It’s been fun needless to say.
