Methylcobalamin is the natural form of b12, and more expensive, which is why I bought the loose powder. Please be careful with this stuff - Even at 1% strength, it is really powerfull. Get yourself a milligram scale - they are not expensive. The dose of 20 mg listed on the package is over 80 times the recommended daily allowance. I use 3.5 mg for a batch of 30 energy drinks - that works out to about 50% of the RDA - That amount barely covers the tip of a knife.

I add this to my own proprietary electrolyte mix. Great value. I'd definitely buy it again but I can't imagine going through it all. The serving size is a very small quantity so I recommend using a sub-gram food scale for measuring quantities.

Never disappoints. I avoid fillers and additives in capsule and tablet form. Bulk Supplements is the only brand I use.

Easily dissolves is water.

This didn’t work for me. It’s to small of an amount you need daily and to measure .002 ounces was impossible. Even with a mg scale.
