Q: Can I use it on Greenware?

I have only applied it on bisqueware and then glaze fired it. I understand some people do a once fire where they glaze greenware and skip the bisque fire. You coduld contact Duncan or an expert who does this method to find out more. It works beautifully when painted on bisque and then glaze fired.

Q: I need the msds for this paint

Not sure I can help but, your term of ‘paint’ has me curious. It’s a glaze used on bisque ceramics that is then fired in a kiln. It’s for cone 05-06.

Q: Can you use this over stroke and coats?

Only if the item is bisque yes you can use it over CC's. Not if its still on greenware. Use Cover Coats on greenware then soft fire it and then use this Pure Brilliance glaze over and fire at cone 06 and it works perfect.
