I congratulte Dr. MAYANK VORA for writing one of the finest book on Ayurveda. I have read number of books on ayurveda but if some one will ask me to rate without any hazitatation I will give 10 out of 10.To be frank thisis the best book ever I. have read.The author has nicely presented rasayana therapy covering almost all.I strongly recommend this to read.M.Peter

This could save your life!

I recommend this book to anyone looking to alter the way of life and everyday activities. If you have interest in holistic health, I would suggest beginning with this book. This is perfect for the beginner or as a refresher. This one was a breeze and held my interest throughout, as well as evoked my passion. If you are interested in Ayurveda, this is a great intro and quite thorough at the same time!

Excellent book and practical guide for balanced lifestyle

I must confess, I have not been much fond of Ayurveda. The book however has been written with a practical approach. Well, many herbs and recipes have helped me change my life and improve my health.A recommended read.
