I have been using the Uni SD/Micro SD card reader for many months now (about 6 months) and it's been great. I've had no bother with it at all and it's aluminium body gives it a premium feel and quality. Every SD card I've used it's recognized and has worked like a charm and it's been able to handle both the Micro SD and SD card transfering flies at the same time. The fact that it's using USB 3.0 helps a lot when it comes to file transfer speeds. I've been using it for my DSLR and my portable handhelds like my PSP, Vita and my DS's, which can have large file sizes but this card reader along with a decent/good SD card handles those large file sizes very well. Without this I wouldn't be able to modify/add any files from my PC to them so if you are ever thinking of adding files to your gaming handhelds this is a must have! Sizes of SD/Micro SD cards I've used: Micro SD - 4gb, 16gb, 64gb,128gb 256gb SD - 16gb, 32gb, 64gb In addition it comes with an unconditional lifetime warranty so that is a big plus even though you probably won't ever need it! Overall a great piece of kit that's built well, easy to use and works perfectly, i highly recommend it!

I bought this to house my quite extensive music collection, personal audio books and language cds and to be able to read them all through my IPhone since these days Apple expect me to have a subscription to read my own books or do it through a third part app. So I needed this to plug my sdxc card into my phone. It works really well and is fast so I can also plug it into my car, my speakers and my PC, so it’s great when I want to pass stuff back and forth between devices, plus it’s surprisingly faster than my flash drives and doesn’t get hot. I’m using a 256gb sdxc card and it’s working beautifully and plugs into everything without a hitch. Certainly a very good buy, so glad I got this one instead of the cheaper version that reviewer said overheated, it’s well worth the little bit extra I paid.

Its easy to use and works in any usb 3.0 port on my computer. Only issue is that theres no symbol to show which way in the card goes, but its easy enough to work out

The size of the product is small compared to other adapters on the market. It is automatically recognized under Windows 10 Pro (version 2004 - 19041.572). It appears in the "Device Manager" as "USB Mass Storage Device" with a generic "USBSTOR.SYS" driver. Please note that if you plug 2 cards (one SD and one TF), you get 2 USB drives in the file explorer. This is extremely practical. The hardware is of great quality, I recommend it.

Très bon lecteur. pas trop volumineux et reste assez solide au toucher. Les carte s'y insèrent sans aucun problème. la vitesse de téléchargement des fichiers est assez rapide et je n'ai pas du tout senti surchauffer ce qui est plutôt bon signe.
