I have been meaning to review this for a while. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter who had just started playing V-ball in the late fall. And I know little to nothing about the game. I stink at it, but like playing it on the beach. I can't stress this enough. The results were immediate!!! And when I say immediate, I mean notable improvement in "bumping", passing and general ball control with-in 15 minutes. So I mean right NOW! Now it may be that this training tool helped fix her EXACT problem, but when I look at all the new players, they all seem to do the same thing. And I think this would help them, but I stay out of it because they are teens/pre-teens and we all know what happens when an adult suggests something to a teen. (I am surprised their eyes stay in their heads the way they roll them.) But my daughter loved this product, and now she is the one scoring all the points! One last comment: Read those directions!!! They will really explain what you are trying to do with this tool and why you are doing it.

Kudos to whoever thought of this product. I bought for my 10yr and she loves it. Boosted her confidence, improved her skill building and saves me air/breath from pointing out where she's making her mistakes (re:nagging). Significantly less eye rolling and slumped shoulders from parent/child relationship. Coaches have noticed improvement. Bands are adjustable for height, so even a short 10yr old can use. Highly recommend - my daughter was thinking of giving up but now feels like she's a better player with her ever improving skill set.

Great training tool. My daughter complained she looked like an inmate with the cuffs on her hands and feet, but the technique learned and reinforcement given is unmatched! Great for new players and seasoned ones who need to practice fundamental skills.

I tried it for my new players and it really helps cut down on the monster swingers of doom swings. When you receive you'll think to yourself I can make this myself. Buy it it is worth it. They are well made and easy to adjust to any players size.

I don't think this works well. Maybe we weren't using it correctly. My daughter has great passes now, but not due to this product.

I received these in the mail last week. Of course, I took them to club volleyball immediately. I have a few girls that have a bad habit of swinging their arms. This tool limits the swinging ability. Players will need to adjust to having it attached to wrist and ankles, but it does not seem to limit their passing ability. I felt it brought awareness to their passing form and swinging (or lack of). Adjusting it for different heights is easy, I had no problem. My players feedback was that after taking the tool off, when they did swing their arms it felt weird as if they the tool helped them to feel what was proper passing technique and what was bad habits. I will definitely continue to use these. I purchased two for my club team.

Highly recommend for the player at any level. Great way to train the proper motion at an early age and then constantly reinforce it over the years. It helps to create the muscle memory for the proper passing form by limiting the motion of the arms and forcing your player to keep a steady platform and utilize her legs. Every player should have this!

13 year old plays club libero and this is the perfect piece of equipment to keep her from moving her hands all around vs keeping them in the proper plane. I would recommend for sure. Immediate results and hopefully it creates a good habit with some muscle memory.

Younger athletes 13 and under for proper angle for arm action when passing.
