I've been taking these vitamins for a few months now to help with feelings of drowsiness and general lethargy, and they appear to be working! The bottle is tamper-proof, so you have to push down on the top while you twist to get inside. The gummies themselves are easy to swallow and taste pretty good - not quite as sweet as I was expecting, but nice first thing in the morning. It takes a few weeks of daily use to feel any real effects, but I have noticed that my general energy level has improved, as well as my general mood. Okay probiotics. They taste nice and have a good texture. However, you can get higher quality probiotics for a similar price. They are easy to use, especially with a busy schedule. I’ve personally swapped to capsules I can open now, as I struggle swallowing tablets.

Tasty way to get vitamins!

I bought these because the daily doses for Vit D, B12 and Biotin are above the recommended levels and it's often hard to find a gummy that encompasses all women's vital vitamins in 1 gummy but also at almost 100% daily allowances. I take 2 of these with Vit D, Magnesium and probiotics and I have seen a BIG difference in my mood swings and energy levels. Being in my late 30s, hormone regulation is important for me and I've found the mix here really help with that. Only downside is they are very sweet for my likely, almost sickly so definitely have after coffee or food. Decent value for money, but be aware you'll need 2 gummies a day to hit the NRVs.

These have a horrible aftertaste - slightly fishy and nothing like you'd expect. They seem to be doing the job nutrition wise (although it's hard to say!) but I won't buy again as I'd rather spend more and get something that is more pleasant to chew

Just purchased my second bottle. 2 gummies a day are recommended for adults so will last a month if you follow the guidelines on the bottle. Taste is good and ive not been ill since taking these :)
