No I don’t think you can I don’t find the sink that good to small

Plug? If you mean an electrical plug then no. It doent use any electricity. If you mean a plug to drain the water out then yes, it does.

How easy is it to take apart and pack down for travel?

Should be relatively easy,just remember the water in bottom container,and make sure the soap dispenser is secure
