In sun suction pieces fall off not happy with it

It's a great product actually. Convenient and does the job perfectly, fitted into my transit van without needing to cut down to size, but is super easy to trim down to whatever size you need.However.... The weakest link is the most important....The handle which you use to retract the shade and then use to hook onto the sucker holder is a separate piece of plastic which snapped off almost immediately.I contacted the seller and I did get a lovely message back saying they will pass my response to their design team to improve future versions. , but I found it in my spam folder a bit later, so I had to fix it myself by using some "sticks like s#@t" to glue the broken pieces back on and it's since been working flawlessly.So.... A brilliant product, with a weak link that may break on you.If you're a gambling man or woman and don't mind a few repairs it's a great productand you'll love it I'm sure.Also.... The suction cups aren't strong enough.... I needed to use some clear silicone sealant to stick them firmly enough to the windscreen, but again, now it's working flawlessly.

They are sturdy and stable when in place. Fort hem for a boat for winter, so will need to retrofit them so I can place them with the heat reflection side facing indoors. It would be great if they allowed for it to be done directly by turning the hooks around. Otherwise they are the best option for a boat with big windows.

I fitted two Torchtree Car Windscreen Retractable Sun Shades, one to a new Ford Fiesta, one to my 2008 Honda Legend. I wear spectacles & cannot abide a dirty windscreen but regardless I followed instructions & cleaned the inside glass before fitting. The suction pads needed a very heavy pressure to create a visible circle of contact before locking the suction pad with the vacuum lever. Even then within 12 hours the contact circles had deteriorated & I later found the sun shade retracted because the suction vacuum had failed on the retaining clamp. I have removed it until next year when I will try again, hopefully with more success. The Fiesta one remains operative.

Use this when parking up my Campervan to aid privacy and to keep the Camper cool during the day. Works really well! Suction is really secure and it folds down to store neatly away. Easy to trim to size. Excellent value for money.

So I was excited for this item and I am still using it, but I don't know for how long as its not super greatly put together or the plastics are cheap, here are the issues I have had--Cutting to size I found it strengthened by an old metal tape measure which makes it hard to cut.-All the parts that clip together had to be super glued or they would not stay together.-Mounting for hook end clip fell off and had to be super glued back on.-Clip at hook end snapped after a month and limited use and had to be super glued.-Not a big issue or complaint but suckers occasionally need re-sucking to the window.I have had to use a lot of super glue on this item so while the blind itself seems good quality the plastic fitting's are not. I dripped a little super glue onto my dash which has left a mark and that has really annoyed me.As far as price is concerned I think its expensive as I can not see it lasting much longer so yes in the end I was really disappointed by this item.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m really impressed with this.It is nice and sturdy, has a great hold on the glass.And really really easy to fit and use.
