Dope hydration bladder
I was recommended this hydro bladder by Lucas from T-Rex Arms. If there’s anyone on YouTube who actually thoroughly tests the gear, not just says they did, it’s him. This bladder isn’t selling you anything “proprietary” and “the best”. Just works as it should and at an affordable price unlike some other “name brand” companies who sell you junk with their name on it made for unknowing casuals. Easy to open, easy to close (multiple ways to open and close to fill or clean btw), easy to set up, and easy to USE!!! So far it’s pretty durable and holds up against actual daily use. I take this thing everywhere with me in my daily 5.11 34L Rush “go-bag”. It does not come out except to clean. No weird taste out the box, and no residual tastes after extended use. Pretty good at resisting smells and bacteria as long as you put clean water in. The tube itself is flexible, yet supported and easy to route. Didn’t cost $80 and didn’t need to sell me on marketing points. Highly recommend this over camelbak or osprey, etc brands.

Works well, no leakage
Awesome pouch, no leak issues. The nozzle takes some getting used to, but it works well.

Does not fit the Eberlestock G1 Little Brother internal hydration sleeves
First of all, the product is great and the quality of all materials is superb. Hence the 5 stars. But I'm writing this review in an effort to help others avoid the same painful mistakes I made... So here goes: Eberlestock’s description of the G1 Little Brother says “There are two hydration sleeves on interior back wall sized for our WXP3L 3-liter bladders”. The description for their WXP3L says it's a Source bladder and since the part numbers are identical, I figured this item was the same. But now that I received it, I’ve run into some issues and upon closer inspection of the photos, I’m seeing my mistake(s): A- I can’t seem to find a way to hang this bladder in the pack because there’s no way to get the strap through the hard-plastic hanger on the bladder… Eberlestock’s photos show a larger hole in the top hanger, and I’m guessing that takes care of that. B- This bladder is also considerably wider than the hydration sleeves in the G1. The bladder acquires a more cylindrical shape when full, but I feel it’s going to be under a lot of pressure from the edges of the sleeve when the bladder empties and the pack is loaded, forcing the bladder to fold, which would definitely not be good. Plus, due to the width of the hanger, the hole in it does not align with the center of the sleeve, worsening the problem. After discovering all of this, I did a bit of research and I found a video on YouTube were the guy says that the hydration sleeves are actually meant for the 2L bladder. So, I wrote to Eberlestock and about 10 days later they replied: “Most people run 2 L bladders in these two smaller pockets. You can put the 3L in empty and then fill it up and let it expand into the pocket. In this model the bladders are held in place by the compression strap and bladder sleeves. If you put the black plastic ring over on the bladder over the sleeve it will help hold it up. So it doesn't necessarily need to line up like where you are saying it is misaligned.” Not being sure I understood that correctly, but at the end of my wits with the theoretical approach, I ended up ordering the original Eberlestock 2L bladder and I guess I’ll be updating shortly… In the meantime, I hope this helps someone else...

Durability
This replaces one I had for 10 years before I damaged it. Durability is most important as failures can ruin or end trips. My friends go through 3 to 4 of other brands in the same time frame. I also lit the feature of filling the bladder through the hose, while it remains in my pack. I have never had any growth in these bladders, unlike the ones my friends have.

Nice product but started to LEAK!
Really nice product. Easy to clean and like the fact that it was two openings. I wish they included the Helix High-Flow Bite Valve as standard or an option to choose it instead of the non-bite version as that's another separate $12 purchase. After a couple of uses, the valve that is connected to the bladder leaks if I don't have hose attached to it. I reached out to Source Tactical but they have yet to reply.

my go to water bags
I do a lot of hiking and am very active in search and rescue. I started using source products about 15 years ago based on reports of durability. In that time and hundreds if not over a thousand hours in the field, I've had one bag develop a slow leak and one clip break in storage. No field failures, no leaking, easy cleaning, and whatever black magic compound they're using the water never seems to go bad (I replace it basically weekly). I have several for resupply and have given a handful away. I like the tactical line because of the modularity, but I prefer the bite valve from the civilian model which is easier to use but doesn't deliver water as quickly.

Best bladder on the market
By the far the best bladder I’ve ever bought! No stagnant taste for those that leave the water in it for weeks on end. Durable and really love how you can slide the clip off and open the bladders top which also makes it super easy to clean.

Excellent produit.
