I took a pasta making class and these were the exact boards we used in the class. Of course I had to get one for myself. Not sure how often I will make individual noodles, but I'm ready when I do. Easy to use and good size.

The board worked very well. I had tried the fork method before with no luck. The board made perfectly shaped gnocchi.

This gnocchi board is amazing. Very small and compact which makes it easy to take anywhere. I bought it for my home but have taken it to other households to make home made pasta. I use it mainly when I make cavatelli and so far it has given amazing results. The pasta once cooked will hold a lot of sauce thanks to the texture the board gives. Very easy to clean, it can be stored practically anyway and it helps make pasta look amazing. Any texture will work great, even if the pasta dough is too hard or too soft this will do the job. The product also seems very durable, and will probably last a long time. Great investment and quality for the price you pay.

Good for gnocchi but also perfectly suitable as a decorating tool for traditional Japanese sweets.

I received this brand and size of gnocchi board as a gift a while back. It's well made and will serve for a long time if one takes care of it per the instructions on the packaging. I bought this set to give as a gift to a younger family member who wants to make gnocchi as well. Much easier & faster than rolling the dough on the back of a fork!
