I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now. When I first started taking it I could tell a huge difference in my appetite and energy. By the second week I do not notice as much engery but my appetite is still controlled. I am eating smaller portions amd feeling full after meals. I will start by saying that I am obsessed with supplements and the great things they can do. I purchase and take supplements because I think they work for me, are cost effective and most often no side effects.I like the way this product work...fat blocker, appetite suppression and increased energy. these 3 components are NECESSARY in my case if I want to loose weight. It is easy to take, although I gave it only 4 stars because the capsules are quite big and if you have trouble swallowing as I do de to esophagus surgery, this can be a problem. I just take my medications/supplements at different times and that seems to have solved my problem. I like that this product does give me more energy, but a lot of weight loss I haven't seen yet. But I will keep taking this product and see what happens. I think that this was a good buy for me. First, let me start by saying that I’ve only been taking these pills for a few days so far, so I can’t yet comment on their effectiveness for weight loss. However, I can give my initial impressions and will update this review later as to their weight loss capabilities.After reading other users’ comments I was really worried about the size of the pills. Several others commented on them being huge and difficult to swallow. Having taken them now, however, I don’t find them to be overly huge at all. They are definitely on the larger side, but aren’t any larger than standard capsules or multivitamins. I take 2-3 at a time with water and have no problem swallowing them with ease. I also haven’t noticed any bad after taste. In fact, occasionally they have an almost pleasant sweet taste on the backside.As for how the pills make me feel, they definitely contain caffeine and make you feel like it. Overall I don’t notice that they make me feel too jittery. I am a little sensitive to stimulants and will sometimes feel a little overly “zippy” if I take the pills and then have too much coffee or tea in the morning. I cut my dosage down to 2 pills per day (bottle suggest a serving of 3) and this seems to have solved my problem.I take these pills first thing in the morning with breakfast and that works great for me. The pills give me a little extra energy and help curb my appetite. I feel energized and ready to take on the day by the time I step out the door.
