The sewn 'buckle' to the sole is very nice. I gave it four stars because they are not all that comfortable but they do the trick.

These are pretty basic slides. The platform is what I would call a soft plastic, basically it has give but has more of a plastic feel vs a cushion feel. Considering floor is concrete it has been a life saver - less achy bones haha. Overall comfy and solid for the price.

I had this sandals for less than a year and used them mostly as slippers inside my home. Usually they serve me for at least couple of years, not this ones.

Purchased these 9 months ago, boyfriend still loves them. They are good for the Caribbean where we live. Only complaint is the strap that goes over the foot can hold some moisture (i.e. if you just come out of the water), but it doesn't seem to bother him too much.

Adjustable for good fit and comfort, very durable. Price right!

I bought these for my spouse as he likes the hard plastic base and adjustable top. Hard plastic base is near impossible to find as companies are heading towards the cushion/fabric base or the spiked plastic base if you want the adjustable top so I tried these and...SUCCESS!! He loves them!To the company, dear lord please keep making this EXACT type of sandal. They are comfortable, sanitary (fabric based jell cushion smells nasty after a few washes and wears out fast) and the soft adjustable top is just perfect...keep this!! Please!!
