great taste, good energy. started taking this for me/cfs so i can feel like i have some of my energy and old life back and so far happy with results and will be reordering. tried the flavor "fruit fusion" and it's a great flavor. like a monster without the bubbles and crap in it. dissolves easily and is becoming part of my routine.

I understand dietitians say these do not work but I enjoy the energy boost I get whenever I take this because this helps drastically for calisthenics and the stairmaster. I truly enjoy this brand more than LFG. I recommended a coworker to buy this too and she enjoyed it! I do not get those 'crashes' I hear so much when it comes to pre-workouts and energy drinks. Just a warning though; this will keep you energized so do not take it too late. Hahaha. The flavor is very delicious and I love the rainbow sherbet. Better ingredients too.

I stopped drinking coffee after I got this and I feel like I can’t live without it. It’s definitely a staple in my house. I drink it every single day. I can drink it on an empty stomach and I have a sensitive stomach. If I wake up, I typically have to have a little bit of food before any kind of liquid other than coffee with creamer except for this, I could drink this anytime, no matter how my stomach is feeling it always gives me tons of energy. Makes me feel really good and it’s good for my health too. There’s just no point in drinking coffee if you’re drinking this. And the best part is you don’t get a crash afterwards. It mixes extremely easy. You don’t need a shaker cup. You could put it in a regular cup and stir it with a spoon. You could put it in a blender with ice. You could put it in a shaker cup without the spring and just shake it for a couple seconds, but it mixes very well totally satisfies your thirst and it tastes so freaking good. Every time I go to the movies at night I feel like my bottle with this and take it with me because I know I won’t fall asleep during the movie.

Favorite product to get my electrolytes and energy in pre-post workouts. I drink daily love the flavor, nice not too sweet flavor.

Trying to be a better person, I swapped Monster for Amino Energy. Do I feel the same level of invincibility and poor decision making? No. Not even close. Is it healthier? Probably. Is it gentler? Definitely. Does it almost convince my brain that it’s working? Yes. And honestly, that counts for something. There’s a mild lift. A polite nudge. Like energy with manners. Enough to get through emails and light responsibilities, but not enough to conquer the world or reorganize the garage at 9 pm. It tastes good, doesn’t make my heart feel like it’s filing a complaint, and lets me feel virtuous while caffeinated. I still miss Monster. But I’m trying. Four stars. Would recommend if you want to feel like you’re making better choices while quietly mourning chaos.

I’ve been using the Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy in the Strawberry Lime flavor, and it’s been excellent. It dissolves super easily with just a few shake, no clumps at all. The flavor is surprisingly good, refreshing, not too sweet, and really enjoyable. I also feel a nice, clean energy boost without jitters, which makes it perfect before workouts or even during a long day. Highly recommend!

This stuff is great, ordered many times, wish it was a little cheaper, but isn't that usually the case with things? I like using smaller doses throughout the workday, usually about ~25% of the recommended dose. I will stop early afternoon or else the caffeine will keep me up (getting older I guess!). I enjoy the flavor and a little boost. I will dose up a bit more (~50%) for work outs. I like flavor this and the fruit fusion & orange the best, usually have at least two on hand to rotate flavors. I rarely do the full dose so I do not get any of the jittering that some have. Easy to mix, tastes great.
